These are our standard terms and conditions. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us
We guarantee our milk will last up to 3 days in a fridge
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase please submit your delivery address and details of the issue to email@example.com.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any issues.
Should your product be substandard we will re-fund the affected items in full or issue. credit note. Please note refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
The milk delivery will be made according to the address and delivery instructions you have given us. At the point of delivery ownership of goods transfers to the customer.
Drinkmilk will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries unless they are notified to us with 24 hours of the due delivery date.
If no delivery instructions are provided and the premises are closed we will leave the goods at our discretion on the doorstep of your building or a suitable safe place. You remain liable for all goods after the delivery has been made.
Invoicing & Payment
Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit.. Alternatively we invoice monthly in advance, at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 8 days of the invoice date. Our invoices are sent out by email in PDF format to minimise paper print-outs.
Interest may be applied by Drinkmilk on overdue invoices. This will accrue from the date when payment becomes due and will be calculated daily a rate of 12.5% the first three months and a rate of 25% thereafter and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment;
If the customer fails to make a payment on the due date of an invoice then without prejudice Eatfruit can cancel or suspend deliveries without notice.
